The UCS Old Boys RFC mailing list keeps those people subscribed up to date with emails about the club fixtures, teams, social events and other community information.

Please feel free to subscribe and unsubscribe from the UCS Old Boys RFC mailing list. This process is automated and subscription and unsubscription can be undertaken from the website by any individual.

To Subscribe:

• Click the Mailing List Subscription menu item link in the Club Menu.

• In the form that is displayed, enter your name and email address (or those of someone you are subscribing) along with a password you can use to modify the subscription at any time. Press "Subscribe" and an email will be sent to the email address asking for confirmation of the action.

• Once the confirmation link in the email is followed, the mailing list subscription is complete.

To Unsubscribe:

You can unsubscribe yourself, or initiate the process to unsubscribe another member.

• Click the Mailing List Subscription menu item link in the Club Menu.

• Scroll down the displayed page to the "Maillist Subscribers" section. Enter the email address to unsubscribe in the field next to the "Unsubscribe or edit options" button.

• Press the "Unsubscribe or edit options" button to display a member options page for the email address. You can either enter the member's mailing list password or just click the "Unsubscribe" button.

• Pressing "Unsubscribe" will send out an email to the identified email address containing a link that the member can use to confirm and complete the unsubscription process.

• Alternatively, enter the mailing list password and press the "Log in" button. The screen will display various options for the member's subscription. Scroll down to the "Unsubscribing from Maillist" section.

• Check the "Yes, I really want to unsubscribe" option box and press "Unsubscribe". This completes the unsubscription process immediately (i.e. no confirmation email link required).
