Members can choose to pay in a one-off sum or set up a standing order of at least £40 per month, by the 13th October. A deposit of £50 must be paid by 13th September. Annual subscription is only available up to 30th November (for new members joining), from then onwards, players will be charged pay per game Match fees per game - £10 (concession of £5 for fulltime students and unemployed). NB Bank standing orders may be used to pay for membership. 'Standing Order' forms are available from the Club Secretary. Many club members find this a useful way of paying for their yearly subscriptions as well as for other club events such as Tour and end-of-season Dinner. The maximum amount per month is determined by the club member. Failure to pay membership fees (or match fees) may result in de-selection for games, unless specific arrangements have been made with the Treasurer. NB If players are injured a tapering structure of payments, will be returned to subscription paid members based on the date of payment/joining for that season - submissions should be made to the Treasurer.

Availability

Please ensure that you give your availability for playing, each week to the appointee collecting match fees. If you have an absence of more than one week, please e-mail your availability to the Captain of the side for whom you played last. If you have an injury, please inform the club of your status, and if known, when you are likely to be fit to play. This communication aids the selection committee and the Team Secretaries.

Training

Tuesdays (every week) and Thursdays (unless otherwise advised). Meet 6.30pm at the fields for 7pm start (unless otherwise advised by e-mail). Please ensure that you have appropriate footwear to train on all surfaces (turf, Astroturf and gym flooring). The club has access to all these facilities and it is not always possible to predict weather conditions and availability to train on grass.

Punctuality

Please ensure that you are at the club for home games (at least one and a half hours before kick-off) and for away games at the specified time. Experience has demonstrated that lack of cohesion due to key individuals and players being late can lead to loss of the game. Starting games well and having time to go through a structured pre-match warm-up is important for both the 1st and 'A' XVs. Please remember that you are part of a team and that the coaches cannot perform their roles adequately unless everyone is present.

Security

Valuables should not be left unattended at home or away venues. Be wary of any individual at both home and away venues who offers to take the collection of valuables/personal effects from players, and lock them away. There have been a number of incidents at clubs over the last 20 years of 'con-men' misappropriating valuables in this way.
